Before I married in 2004, I have been operated bcos of vibroid, after the marriage I was pregnant and miscarriage occurs after 3 months, second time the same thing happened and the doctor told me the vibroid had manifested again that I should come for operation the second time without a child what shall I do?

Yes, fibroids can cause miscarriage. Then after having surgery for them, scar tissue can do the same thing.. in and among the fibroids coming back. So, the more you do...the worse it gets.
You could try again, but, ask about scar tissue, and further complications.

It is a fibroid and it sounds like you should find another doctor and maybe they can do a laporascopy (they go in through your belly button) and see what the problem is. I would get this done before tying to get pregnant again. Good luck
