is it ever possible that someone can hack into your computer and be able to watch ur webcam without you knowing?? if so how do you stop it?

Yes it is possible. To prevent it keep your anti-virus up-to-date and tighten up your firewall settings. You can always turn your webcam to a wall or something so their will be not interest if someone does get in.
