2 ways depending on your guts:
1. Make it a honey, I need to talk to you thing. (you may involve the items mentioned below)
2. Find a mainstream movie or magazine article with crossdressing in it (Tootsie, Mrs. Doubtfire) and let "slip" that you'd like to know how it would feel to wear a dress/what you would look like dressed as a lady.
Be ready to burn your stash if your partner is not open to the whole thing. This is a relationship breaker.
The longer you wait the greater the sense of betrayal.

who cares about going out in public, you'll do it when your ready. However........you have to tell your partner. he/she has the right to know exactly who they are with. If it were me, I would want to know immediately. Its pretty much not just a secret, but a lie about who you are.

yes do it best think in life am full girl work live 24/7 as 52 olds woman my wife and mother-In-Law help me look thay take care of me I have be good for them wear nice blouse skirt cardigan nice wool coat my wife work long hours she not in at night time to my mother-in-Law stay with she dress me in nightdress cardigan put to bed at 7pm have be good girl am very happy girl go out with my mother-in-Law and wife have lovely girles day out we have lunch today then when to makers to get new cardigan and nightdress am go back in hospital in few time so care for .you if you need help we are her I work as professional photographer do photo studio with t-girl my mother-in-Law help in studio I have to wear noylon overall with my skirt blouse cardigan you only when time is right for you do you have local T-girl friend you go out with shopping or get to come stay with you for day so take my mother-in-Law tell me it bed time.xx
