well definitely you can self hypnotize your self.
the most practical daily example of our life is our will power.
for a tough task we keep encouraging ourself that yes i can do it.
and finally we do it to a great extent and beyond our physical and mental limits.
the way you motivate or discourage yourself hypnotize you and this is termed as self hypnotism.
for example. by watching a movie clip or by reading a paragraph our sub-concious mind tells us to remain away or indulge in an activity
now this is nothing but hypnotising ourselves

Yes , but its kinda hard at first. If you have ever been hypnotized before just pretend that person is hypnotizing you again. Then you'll be hypnotized. Tell yourself you will remember what happened afterwards. I fall asleep afterwards and when i wake up i'm out of that state.

I'm a psychology student, so I like to think I know what I'm talking about... Hypnosis does actualyl work. And it's not a cop out when they say it works better on some people than others...It depends on social and personality factors.
Self hypnosis cannot be done. Self hypnosis is just synonymous with meditation...

first of all, talk approximately respiration as much because it is not distracting for you. long, deep breaths help plenty. the component is to get comfortable. You grow to be extra receptive to subconscious concepts whenever you enable it take place somewhat than attempt to rigidity it. an excellent thank you to return out of it is to maintain a touch honey beside you (that may be useful you come back to a touch much less annoying) for once you have began shifting around slightly. have not tried that final bit yet i've got heard it could extremely help. to return to much less annoying, count quantity lower back from 10 to a million. It facilitates to characterize to your self in basic terms until eventually now you commence the video that as you count quantity backward you will grow to be extra lively and conscious. in basic terms look it over until eventually now you watch it each and each of how by way of. desire that facilitates, nevertheless that's slightly short for my liking...

In the sense of making yourself think you're a chicken, no. But in other senses, yes. A google or wiki search would probably tell you how. I remember learning how to do it in a psych class I took, but I don't remember some particulars.
