Well i hardly go 2 sleep, i go bed 12:30 or 1:00 am and i have to wake up 6:30 am, it's bad i know but i just get 2 sleep earlier than that. Go 2 bed when you feel like you need 2!

I try to be in bed everynight by 11 pm andten I can get up about three and go home.

We'll the healthy time for sleeping is before 10.But you don't have to if you're not sleepy. Anytime you're sleepy, you can sleep.I don't know why you asked this question!
