I do all the time...some take off, and some don't.
I tried "griffy" for something gross, and "reeeee-gous" for like "totally AWESOME!!!" neither took off...strange....

Yeah, "kef" meaning cool.
I know the word "chillax", you're right it has taken the world by storm.
On a similar note, the worst insult you can call someone is "custard" which is a combo of two english words. I'll let you work it out which two are used.

My brother did and it stuck with the rest the family...we will have to wait to see if others begin to use it too. When he would get overwhelmed and stressed (recently over a divorce) he would say things are "Ziggity Boo"..we say it now to refer to the kids when they are Hyped up!!

Yeah. I try this all and sundry the time. The final time I did that became into ... the day gone by. It became into using fact my workstation became into working at a heavily slow %. ... at i necessary to speed up. Nah, i did not experience extra effective after. I like to call people that piss me off, Peter Puffers. A friend of mine refers to irritating people as Dill Holes. Both of those catchy words may not be NEW but they are rare and used only by awesome people.
