If I were you I would just relax and forget about trying while you are away.
It seems that as soon as people stop trying they get pregnant.
Chill out forget about getting pregnant and don't have too much sex because the sperm isn't as strong just do it every other day.
Good luck
Sending you blessings lots of little ones.

6mths isnt to long to try for a baby so I would suggest tryig for another 6mths before going to the doctor to see about fertility checks for you and your partner. Luckily my wife and I have always conceived in the 1st mth but everyone is different. Make sure that your having sex at your most fertile time, you can use an ovulation calender to help you with this, you can find them on the internet if you do a search. Also if your not already start taking folic acid and follow a healthy diet including lots of fruit and vegetables. Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day aswell. Trying for a baby can be stressful for some so why not try some mild gentle exercise to relax you or why not take it in turns to give each other relaxing massages etc. I wish you luck and am sure when the time is right you will fall pregnant and have the baby you would like so much

Depending on your age, you may want to start consulting with a fertility specialist about why you are not getting pregnant. Typically, women under 36 are supposed to try for about 12 months before seeking medical intervention, and women over 36 are supposed to try for 6 months before seeking fertility help.
Are you leaving the country to "relax" because the trying to have a baby thing is too stressful?
Have you tried ovulation kits? The Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor? Have you tried charting your temperature? Charting your cervical mucus?
Finally, are you sure you're in a situation where a baby would truly be "perfect" right now? You are about to leave the country for a couple months. Could you receive regular (and high quality) prenatal care where you're going? Are you going to be settling down once your vacation is over? These are all things to consider.

Hi there, well i may have an answer. I have endometriosis and pcos if you know what this is then you will understand how hard it is for me to have a baby, i been trying for 3 years now, im 27 with 2 sons already. My friend told me to try homepathic remadies, i looked on a web site for my condition and found some to help me, the feedback from other people were amazing, a lady has the same condition as me and ivf had failed, so she tryed the herbal way and now is expecting her baby after 6 months using it, so now im waitng for my delivery of herbal remidies. you have nothing to lose, at a small price it´s defenatly worth the try. just read through the site and maybe there is something for you. here is the site i used www.nativeremedies.com good luck

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/x1x2e
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

I've been trying for six years with no success so I'm probably not the best person to give advice on this subject. People have told me to have sex every other day, put your legs up after sex to allow the sperm to swim to where they should, cut down on alcohol/cigarettes, eat healthily blah blah blah. Nothing's worked for me yet but I hope it does soon. Good luck and don't stress yourself out. Easy to say I know...............

Are you vigilantly monitoring your ovulation by recording your basal body temp, and checking your cervical mucus?

Take guaifenesin the day before intercourse. That can make your fluids more liquid so the sperm can move easily to the egg.

Have sex from day 11 through day 17 after your period.
Don't have sex more than once a day.
