They say that from the momment someone is born His/her fate is been written, if so,what is the point in tryng to achieve your dream when youre destined to achieve it... or not achieve it?
Can Hard working change Destiny? if yes.. what is destiny .. i mean we cant call it destiny anymore..

For every action there is a reaction. You are absolutely the master of your own destiny. You bring about your own creation or destruction. So it's up to you. You really could achieve anything you want if you believe it deep down in your heart, keep on going and put your mind in something.

I'm a strong believer in being in control of your own destiny...
Yes, being hard-working can change your destiny, whether good or bad would depend on how much good is in your heart and shared with the world.
Destiny can still be destiny, only it changes from time to time depending on the decisions you make... at least thats the way i see it.

To me life is all about learning and evolving.
If you fulfil your destiny without effort and nothing about you changes, it doesn't really achieve anything useful. I would therefore argue that you haven't really achieved your destiny until you've got involved in life and created the potential for a destiny first.
It's not hard work you need, but effective work that takes you in the right direction. A man who spends his time fighting the universe will work hard but stand still, whereas a man who works effectively with the weight of the universe behind him is unstoppable.

Destiny can be changed by hardwork, if only it is written in your destiny that u would be a hardworking person and your destiny will be changed by your hardwork. It is our destiny that we have to come to this world, struggle for life and do hardwork and go after something and achieve it. In simle words, destiny is what God wills and hardwork is what we will. And even God's will might not stand up if our will is really stronger than that of his.... :-)

Yes, it is necessary, but not enough. The destiny depends on the way you choose: God`s or Devil's.

I like this question.. it is one of the most complicated questions, having an equally complicated answer..
It is really about your belief.. I can say taht what we do has an effect on now and the future, even on the memory of the past...
Each smallest act of Kindness reverberates across great distances and spans of time, affecting lives unknown to the one whose genrous spirit was the source.... Likewise, each small meanness, each expression of hatred.
So Yes hard working surely changes the future and re-writes our Fate..Even the tinyest action affects our lives in unknown ways..
