Who is Bobby Vincent? Do you mean Bobby Vinton? (The guy who did Blue Velvet in the 50's) He's still alive:

Or do you mean Gene Vincent? He died in 1971 of bleeding ulcers:

or are you thinking of Eddie Cochran? He died in April 1960 in a taxi crash (Gene Vincent was in the car too) His song "Three Steps To Heaven" went to number one in the UK in May 1960:

I don't think he died in the car crash. He died in 1971 from a stomach ulcer, possibly related to injuries sustained in the crash that killed Eddie Cochran.

dont understand question , are you refering to gene vincent who is dead but noti in car crash or bobby vinton.
