How to get a boat licence in New Zealand?! if i want to buy a yacht or a fishing boat ?!
does anyone know any website or information

Good Question.
I participated here in a Lottery where you can win a 7 meters long boat, with cabine etc.
When I asked, what kind of license I need (if I would win it) I was told that you don't need a license at all.

In fact there is none, I don't know at what size you would need a license, but I expect it to be really really huge. Bigger than 99.99% of mankind couls afford to spend for a ship.
