My boyfriend got caught on tape telling a woman he used to date how he dreams about sexing her all night long. I heard the tape and find it very hard to forgive him. He doesn't think he did anything wrong. He says: (i) we were not together at the time (we were living together and having problems); (ii) the woman has a disease and he would never sleep with her (then why say it? or even get into a sexual conversation?) and the famous (iii) "I just wanted to see if I still had it". Yea right.

Uhm, you were not together right?? Then he didn't cheat and while you may feel jealous, you were not together and therefore you had no rights over his sexuality! Now, if you were actually together, that would be different and you need to rephrase your question.
