As the poster above me said, yes it can. If it goes on left untreated it can get worse and worse, and it can make you infertile. Any infections should be treated ASAP, including STD's to make sure they wony affect fertilty.

Yes. Vaginitis if untreated can cause infertility. Any infection or inflammation, if untreated can lead to infertility.
