Last night I had a dream. It was centered around this guy, let's call him Rex. Rex and I were once friends before he spread some really nasty rumours about me. I'm still feeling the effects of them to this day. Recently he has apologized but I shrugged it off. I had some weird dreams about falling pregnant by him earlier in the week. Last night I dreamed that we had to go shopping for cake together... and we were there testing tons and tons of chocolate cake but never said a word. Later in the dream or rather before I think, I dreamed that I was standing by a car and he touched me on my back and then went off to his car. Later I heard the car blew up and I was devastated. Not oh how said, devastated. But oh my god my world just crashed devastated. On the news said 'Royal Car Explodes in Bomb Attack'.... that's what confuses me. Royal? I have no clue what that might mean or the rest of the dream for that matter.

You must have deeper feelings for this guy than you want to admit to yourself. Maybe the fact that he apologized set off these old feelings again, although consciously you "shrugged it off".

Your calling him "Rex" and the "royal car" must be signs that for you he is king of something at least. That his car exploded might mean that you wish him dead on the one side, but you also would regret his death very much, but the car could also stand for his present girlfriend/wife.

I can't interpret the "chocolate cake" unless I know your attitude towards chocolate, maybe it's something sweet, but sinful, in your mind. Perhaps you feel guilty about having not been nicer when he apologized? That you didn't talk and that he touched your back would go with him having spread rumours "behind your back" and as you told us yourself, that is still touching you.

The feelings that you remember are very important, you did not mention how you felt when you were trying all this chocolate cake, and when he went to his car; that would be a clue for yourself to interpret your true feelings towards him.

It's really nigh impossible to interpret anyone's dream in a helpful manner unless you know them and their circumstance.
I still hope I was of some help.

Fascinating answers! If you dreamed you were pregnant by him, *and* dreamed that you were shopping for cake and testing a lot of cakes, that might indicate that--in dream reality--you were considering marrying him. Cake tasting is a standard ritual in getting ready for a big wedding, to choose the exact right kind of cake. Of course, wedding cakes are hardly *ever* chocolate, which might indicate that the situation is still too "dark" for you to *seriously* consider marrying the guy. I'm just thinking the marriage symbolism is also worth pursuing.

To dream of being pregnant may indicate that you feel he has changed you in some significant way. That you dreamed he was royal could, as others mentioned, mean that you think on some level that it was "noble" of him to apologize.

While you don't want to *forget* what he did--it doesn't show a great deal of character--perhaps you really do want to forgive it.

Also, your devastation at his car blowing up could be a reflection of your devastation that the guy you thought was your friend would have so thoroughly blown up your relationship with his false rumors.

It's funny you picked the name Rex is explain this. Rex means king, hence royalty. Despite what he did to you, you must have high regard for this person. The fact also that you got pregnant by him incicates you feel some kind of closeness. I'm guessing you like cake and tasting it with him shares a favorite thing with him. Since you didn't talk, it sounds one sided though on your part. You are not sure what his feelings are for you but you would be "devastated" if something happened to him.

I think that this dream is just you trying to 'make sense' of your relationship with this person ... and it 'indicates' that you need to 'forgive him' and at least TRY to 'make up' no matter how 'bad' what he said about you was. If he has already 'apologized' for spreading those 'nasty rumors' then he is 'ROYAL' for doing so, and in your dream you were DEVASTATED that he had 'died' in the crash because in your heart you really KNOW that you need to forgive him for YOUR sake as well as for his. So tell him that you forgive him, and accept his apology ... and 'let nature take it's course' from there.

well im not totally sure but heres what i think: you like this Rex guy but you try to tell yourself that you dont he probably has some feelings for you the cake testing i think yould be trying new things you dont know what to say about it hence you not saying anything. the car blowing uphe saving you he will protect you when the time comes for any future dreams copy this list!

WHAT YOUR DREAM MEANS
Accident – If an accident happens to you, it may mean you wish to punish yourself for something you've done (like stealing all of your little sister's clothes for your own!). If an accident happens to someone else, it may mean that secretly you want something bad to happen to that person.
Airplane – Planes symbolize change or your attempt to reach a new place in life. If your plane is veering out of control or feels like it's crashing, you might have mixed emotions about reaching your "destination." Of course, if you hate to fly and are suppose to take a trip soon, your dream could reflect that, as well!
Animals – Animals commonly represent our friends, families and even enemies in life. Watch out for wolves 'cuz they represent people you feel threatened by, sharks symbolize mean people and bears are usually someone you know who has a temper.
Balcony – If you dream you're standing on a balcony, it can mean you're feeling like you're being held back from getting what you really want-such as a part in the school play or a date with a guy you're crazy about.
Bridge – A bridge stands for a transition you're making in life such as moving to a new house. If you dream about a fallen bridge, it may represent a lost opportunity.
Car – Cars can represent the direction you're headed. What condition is your car in? If the tires are flat, you could be feeling depressed. Brakes not working? You might be feeling outta control. Are you the passenger? Hmmm, maybe someone else is driving your show.
Celebrities – Ever dream Mandy Moore is hangin' out at your house? If you dream you're pals with a celeb, you're feeling comfortable with your social life—like you're on equal footing with the "in" crowd. If your dream is more about scaling walls and shouting, "Hey!" to get your fave star to look your way, chances are you'd like more attention and recognition in life.
Chase – Did you know that people who dream of being chased often wake up before they're caught? Good thing. Regardless of what form your chaser takes—anything from an avalanche to zebra—you're running from your fears.
City – A city often stands for your relationship with the outside world. It may therefore stand for your school, church or synagogue, or even a friend's house.
Crush – This is the easiest dream ever to figure out! Dreaming of your crush means that you really like this guy, duh!
Death – Don't freak out if you dream about someone dying 'cuz it doesn't mean something bad will happen. Actually, it means that your relationship is changing, or that you have a fear of separating from someone you care a lot about. If you dream of your own death, you might be on your way to a major self-discovery!
Digging – This may mean you're trying to uncover a truth in your life or that you're working hard to "dig in" and solve a problem.
Earthquake – If you dream of a natural disaster like an earthquake or tornado, you're feeling uncertain about your future.
Escape – You successfully outran and outwitted some sort of danger in your dream, this means you've got confidence—maybe more than you thought. Good for you!
Ex-boyfriend – Dreaming of your ex doesn't necessarily mean you want him back. Sure, it could be a sign that you still think he's cute, but it might also mean you're not happy with how things ended, or you're scared about committing to a new relationship.
Falling – It may mean you've lost confidence or feel helpless about something. Or it can mean you've "fallen below" your expectations or those of other people, such as your teachers or parents.
Father – Often your father stands for another authority figure in your life.
Fire – This often stands for passion, anger, frustration, or any other strong emotion that is "burning" out of control.
Flying – Flying or floating miles above the Earth can symbolize a great sense of power. You've got the ability to avoid almost any problem, unless of course, you have to dodge power lines or bounce off the ground. These obstacles suggest you doubt your ability.
Hair – Red or suddenly dyed hair can represent your passion—or that you feel like you have to conform. Seeing yourself with superlong hair indicates a creative talent, while suddenly sporting short hair may indicate your artistic abilities are cut short, too.
House – A house in your dream usually stands for yourself. The different rooms represent different aspects of your personality.
Ice – Whoa, watch out! Icy dreams can represent a slippery time in your life.
Insects – If you dream that insects are buzzing around you or attacking you, it may mean you're feeling "bugged" by nagging problems.
Junk – In your dreams, are you stepping, tripping and getting lost in heaps of junk? No, this isn't your mom willing you to clean your room. It's actually an indication that you've got some emotional baggage to clean up. Take a look at the location of the mess 'cuz that might give you a clue as to where you need to start cleaning up.
Locker – Your locker represents how you see yourself. Can't find your locker in your dream, or forgot the combination? Maybe you're doubting how your friends and classmates see you.
Monsters – Monsters and attacking animals represent fears. Figure out what's bugging you in life and you'll make those menacing monsters take a hike.
Mother – When you dream about your mom, she may represent someone who nurtures you in life or the nurturing side of your personality.
Nude – If you dream you're nude in public, you're probably feeling exposed.
Pimple – No, dreams of break-outs don't mean a zit's on the horizon, it just means you're self-conscious–maybe too self-conscious.
Rain – Rain often stands for strong emotions. These can be your own emotions or those of other people you feel are "raining" on you.
Road – This often represents your direction in life. If the road is straight, you feel like you're making progress. If the road is windy, it may indicate you feel you're not getting anywhere.
Running – If you're running in a dream, it may be you're trying to escape responsibilities, such as studying for that mongo math exam! Or it may mean you're running away from painful feelings you don't want to face.
Quicksand – Do you feel isolated? Sinking dreams may depict a lack of support in real life.
School – Tense, test-taking dreams may indicate hidden anxiety about school. But, because you spend so much time in class, it's also a natural setting for your dreams.
Suitcase – A suitcase often represents your most innermost feelings-the thoughts you "carry around" inside of you.
Teeth falling out – It can mean you're embarrassed about something or that you're afraid of growing up and taking on new responsibilities.
Telephone – Phones symbolize communication. Do you keep getting a busy signal in your dream, or can't hear the person on the other end? You might be having trouble communicating with someone while you're awake.
Voyage – If you dream about going on a trip, it may mean you're about to undertake a new project.
Water – Water represents emotion. Tidal waves denote feelings that might be overwhelming in life. Choppy waves can indicate that you're having trouble staying emotionally afloat. Are you breathing easily under-water? Your aqua-girl ability means you're totally at ease with your emotions.

(yes i know its a little childish but i hope it helps!)
