FOR A 23y modern man, whats the best way 2 enjoy life?

please suggest ways i can enjoy life. i am about to stike a first major good business deal of my life. i want to live a fulfilling life>

i have worked so hard on the way secrificing lots of things. i gave up university for the idea i had, is time i prove my mom wrong coz she thought it was unclever choice. i can proundyl tell evry one that hard work pays, give up what u r fro wat u can be!

1. Get involved in something dorky and fun, like bowling. Join a bowling league with friends. I go every Wednesday night with a bunch of my friends. It gives you 1 guaranteed night out with pals and it's fun, you can just be goofy and enjoy yourself.

2. Evaluate the relationships you are involved in and decide what people lift you up vs. what people bring you down. I used to hang out with people who basically lowered me. I don't mean that to sound rude, but you just have to surround yourself with people who are on the same path as you, and at the same place in their life. It's probably hard at 23, because our generation is more prone to do the college partying thing well into their mid-20s. If, however, you find people like yourself and remove negative people from your life, you really will find it more satisfying.

3. Consider going to school. You might already have an education, or maybe not. But consider taking some classes just for educational purposes. Choose a subject which has always interested you, but which you didn't choose to follow as a career choice. Or maybe go part-time for a higher degree. Perhaps this will leave you more fulfilled. Educating yourself is a gratifying experience.

4. If you aren't in a relationship, consider dating some interesting people. It's always nice to have someone to share your accomplishments with. It can get lonely when great things are happening but there is no one there to share in the glory. You don't need a relationship, but it might help your life fill more full.

These are just a couple of ideas. I hope that they help.

EDIT: I read your extra comments. That's cool that you knew what you wanted (and still do). Don't feel like you need to prove your mom wrong, just show her what a great man you are and can be. Regardless, this day-in-age you can always return to university later in life if you so choose. Where do you live?

Have safe sex. Don't get married until you are older, and have obtained some financial goals, and then look CAREFULLY before you leap into matrimony or all your hard work (at least 40% of marriages fail, many more actually) will be taken away by your wife, including your children, most likely.

Be your own person, find someone who thinks like you. Bad marriage and divorce is what makes more lives miserable than anything else; Good marriages have the exact opposite effect, so again, Look before you Leap.
