I've known people who've gotten violations and lost a lot of points over nothing.
I think yahoo should either enforce it's rules and give violations to everyone who does "personal communications or opinions" (as in polls & surveys, and jokes, doh) or they shouldn't nail anyone (except for posting p0rn, etc).

too bad it doesn't always work that way and it is a pain in the *** for liitle gain and a slap in the face of the first ammendment and basic rights all that aside I do just as you describe
