Do I know you? Never mind. Once, when I was a child care worker, I had to punish a kid for misbehaving. He pointed out that another kid had done the same thing. I explained that I did not see him do it so I had to take his word that he did not. The punished kid pouted that it was not fair. I said that life is not fair. He said "Well you must be life." I thought that was pretty funny.

Interesting coincidence, I said that to my sister some years ago when father arrived home early from work and discovered us in bed. Luckily pater showed no surprise and just said "I'm making tea, would you like a cup?" and left.
