Well, abortion does increase your risk of miscarriage:

so it's really not unreasonable to blame yourself.
I really recommend going through the free online post-abortion program available at http://www.healinghearts.org You will be paired with an email counselor, most likely a woman who has aborted a child herself. The program will help you work through all the issues involved with your abortion. Please give it a try.

It is normal to blame yourself but try not to. I also had two miscarriages and although I didn't have any abortions I constantly went over and over in my head what I did wrong. Chances are it had nothing to do with the abortions but have your doctor do some tests to see if he can determine if there is a problem or this is just a random thing. Chances are the next time that you conceive you will have a healthy baby. Good luck and focus on the future and try to stop blaming yourself.

Don't even think this way! You were not ready to have children before now you are. Just make sure that you are having a varied and nutritional diet with lots of protein and milk.Unfortunately you have to quit drinking any alcohol or have very little and ofcourse smoking is also tabu. It's probably also a good idea to have a general medical check up and get a doctor's advice on pregnancy for the future. Goodluck

Oh My God! I can't believe you are blaming yourself for something so tragic. Mother Nature works in weird and mysterious ways, true she can be a bit of a cow sometimes but i'm a very big believer in karma. Everything happens for a reason, everything is meant to be. The terrible thing that you have been through is nothing to do with anything you have done before, don't take it out on yourself otherwise you will spiral downhill, heath wise and mentally. Just try and think positive and don't condemn yourself for it. If you do truly think you are ready for a child, hold your head high, smile to the world and say, "I'm gonna have another go!" Go for it babe! xxx

Their are risks with having an abortion. But its also very commen to miscarry. so its probably not related. their is often little we can do to prevent miscarriage. I can see why you would think its your fault. Buts its not. Try seeing a doctor/specialist if your worried. Good Luck

Stop blaming yourself for it.... your aren't doing yourself any good by hating yourself. Look towards the future. Get some exercise in everyday... release some stress.... it helps.

I worked for gynecologists for over 10 years and anytime you have an invasive gynecological procedure, your fertility can be affected. I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but it's the truth.

unfortunately that can be a long term side effect of abortion, the risk increases with each abortion you have.
I'm sorry you have to go through this now that you seem ready
good luck
