I am looking more specifically for special mexican dishes like Chicken with Mole sauce.

Unfortunately, the Mission doesn't have much in the way of Mexican food beyond the taquerias. I don't know if any serve mole but La Taqueria is one of the best.
Maya, on the other hand, does serve an excellent chicken mole & has a great atmosphere. Entrees are in the $15-$20 range and well worth it.
Tres Agaves has entrees in the same price range and the menu changes frequently so mole may be available.
