My doll ripped at the side of one of its legs.What can I do to correct it so that it becomes airtight again.I tried to stitch both ends.But air can still leak.How to make it airtight?

You are supposed to remove the sharp objects from your pants before you use those things. Wait, what were you doing wearing them anyway?
I suppose you could put a tourniquet on it...

You need the proper glue (for plastic) and a patch.

Take it to the tire store and get it patched.
