I can't tell which button on my controller maps to which function for the game. Turning, up and down work as well as the throttle, however I'm not sure if anything else is. Please HELP
I'm running MS Flight sim X and CH Sim Yoke USB on a new machine running XP. Thanks...

Hi, nice to see other flight sim fans out there!

First, the good news is that if your yoke already works with the software, it means that it is recognized as viable input and that you can configure it the way you like.

1. Go to the Option menu after starting flight sim.

2. Select the "Control" sub menu and you should have some sort of table with actions (+ throttle, - throttle, lights, etc) in the rows and the inputs (keyboard, joysticks...) with the matching buttons in the columns.

3. Now you have to choose your USB yoke in the little menu on the top right hand corner so that you configure the right device, and not the keyboard nor your pedals.

4. Finally scroll down in the table of controls and see / configure which button goes with which action.

Personally, I'd go with Flaps controls, Gears, and Trims! But go as you feel...

Cheers
