I am 27 years old and i have never douched because it can cause infections and disrupt the normal ph of your vagina.
What is douching?
The word "douche" means to wash or soak in French. Douching is washing or cleaning out the vagina (also called the birth canal) with water or other mixtures of fluids. Usually douches are prepackaged mixes of water and vinegar, baking soda, or iodine. Women can buy these products at drug and grocery stores. The mixtures usually come in a bottle and can be squirted into the vagina through a tube or nozzle.

Douche is a solution of vinegar and other ingredients that's used to flush out the vagina. It's use is not recommended because it messes with the natural pH balance and eliminates beneficial bacteria in your body and, in general, it causes more problems than it solves. Sorry for being a guy. I just read a lot of health books.

using a product like summers eve douche, and washing your internal parts of your vagina with the product. follow the instructions on the bottle.

YOU CAN BUY SUMMERS EVE ETC AT ANY STORE....IT CLEAN OUT THE BASTERIA THAT CAN BUILD UP ....CLEANS YOU DOWN THERE SO THERES NO SMELL

don't use it....it washes out the good bacteria...
