Has HBO stopped new episodes of the Sopranos?

I noticed the Sopranos being shown on one of those stations with commercials,and I hate that.Is HBO done with this series?

The remaining 8 episodes are set to air beginning in April on HBO, then the show is officially over.

The final 9 start on April 8th - ironically, Easter Sunday for many Chrisitians ...wonder if there's something there to be read into?

Rumor also has it a major charcter is getting popped - but it isn't ther head of the family.

I think they have another season.
