It is essential that you spell correctly, if you are to carry out an effective internet search. For example it is not superb, it is suburb. I looked on the internet and could not find Ayder House, so I suspect that it could also be badly spelt. Failing that, it is a building of no importance.

we learnt a whole lot of stuff about melbourne houses and there styles in Australian history and there was this really good site but i cant find the address
if its heritage listed look on the register and there might be a small history
