Basic instinct is not X-rated. Well, maybe in your sheltered corner of India it is...
It's an R-rated movie, which means that it was played in normal movie theaters, for audiences over 14.
X-rated movies are the same as porn. X-rating means that you see full nudity. The difference is HUGE, and can be embarrassing for you if you don't perceive it.

Log on to any search engine and type the word "porn" or "sex" or "X rated" and you are sure to find something. There was one site I remember being mentioned on Oprah. It was called Whitehouse.com. Check it out.
Another tip, type in a females name, you could be very surprised what sites are offered.
Can't guarantee it will improve your english speaking skills unless you want to know how to say "OOOOOOOOOH"
