NO not for me..I would have to say I am more interested in politics now than ever before in my life. I can get info any time of the day. I am more active now in issues of politics than ever...and I'm not the usual...14 year old on here ether... LOL

I would not be so quick to blame TV as the sole cause for shortening peoples attention spans. You have to look at ALL external influences and lifestyle choices that could determine someones way of thinking and general disposition. Fluoride in the water supply, chem trails, EM and microwave pollution etc. People are being changed by external influence and not all of it can be blamed on the "Sopranos".

I would blame tv, but not as it regards attention span. Many of us rely on television to provide us our news. In response many evenings we are regaled with stories of photogenic young white women and their tragedies. They make for great stories and excellent tv, but terrible news.
My cable provider offered 6 MTVs and 0 international news channels. This would be laughable, if it didn't bread the ignorance that grips too many of us.
