with a hot drink.

n if ur fingers r really cold, make yourself a hot water bottle or microwave a "hot pack".

tho excercising is the long term solution.

Note: A hot pack is a therapeutic bean bag that contains natural grains and aromatic herbs. It can be heated in a microwave oven and will remain warm for up to two hours.

LOL ! When I was on the farm, we would bake a potato first thing in the morning, wrap it up and put it in our pockets.
Several hours later - once your hands were nice and toasty, you had instant lunch !!

if they are too cold to start with, i run them under hot water until they are nice and warm. then immediately after drying them i put 2 pairs of gloves on. (one small cotton pair, and one pair of ski gloves) then they generally stay pretty warm after that.

or i just sit on them to keep them warm, that helps too!
