You havent mentioned whether she has bled? If not it unfortunately is still possible that she has lost the baby because some women re-absorb the feotus. Most of the pregnancy books I have suggest that if you suddenly find your symptoms have gone then you should contact your local midwife or Doctor so they can perform a scan to let you know what has happened. A lot of pregnancies are lost because a womens HCG hormone levels were too low to sustain a pregnancy. Unfortunately it is also known that womens symptoms can dissapear but it sometimes takes a few days before the body begind to expel the pregnancy. If this has happened to you and your wife then I am very very sorry..............goodluck to both of you

If all you mean is she has stopped feeling sick etc then unless she is bleeding then she hasnt lost the baby. Hormones dip and rise in pregnancy causing periods of sickness. Just think how many women are pregnant and dont know they are simply because they feel healthy with no symptoms. Your wife is lucky it sounds like she is going to have an easy pregnancy! Congratulations x

When you say the "symptoms have disappeared", what are we talking about? Was she diagnosed with pregnancy? Had she had a test done? If the answer is yes, then...
1. If she is bleeding, she needs to go to her doctor right away.
2. If she's no longer throwing up and nauseasted; that affects everyone differently at different times. She's LUCKY! Tell her to enjoy it while it lasts... it may come back...
My pregenancies were different, so it's not unusual for some symptoms to come and go throughout the pregnancy.

if it was a miscarriage you would see some blood. and alot of times when you have a miscarriage the symptoms dont go away the same day you lose the baby. it takes time for the hormones to exit your body. its completely normal for you to lose your symptoms, and that will happen all throughout your pregnancy. as for the morning sickness, you may have it, or you may have it later. every pregnancy is different but everything you are exeperiencing is comepletely normal and nothing to worry about. if you have severe cramping, or bleeding then consult a doctor. good luck EDIT: I meant you may not have morning sickness or you may have it later on in the pregnancy

What symptoms of pregnancy have disappeared? Sore breasts, nausea, being tired? Sometimes those fade after the initial first weeks, it doesn't always mean she has lost the baby. The only way to tell is to visit the doctor and get a vaginal ultrasound to see the heartbeat. Has she seen the doctor yet for her first check? Has she seen a viable fetus? After the heartbeat is visualized, the chances for miscarriage are reduced.

The only symptom of pregnancy I had during my first few month of pregnancy was a missed period, and how long people suffer with the different symptom varies, so don't worry too much.
If it is really worrying you contact the doctor as they should be able to get you in for a foetal scan and check it's all going alright in there.

no. All pregnancies are different. I had no symptoms for my first baby but I was very sick with my second. She may just be a lucky one and the sickness is all over with. If she has bad cramping and heavy bleeding then she lost the baby. Buy another preg test if you need confirmation

Pregnancy symptoms can come and go. If she is concerned she needs to make an appointment with her OB/GYN and they can do a blood test and ultra sound to check on the baby. By 7 weeks they should be able to detect a heartbeat.

She should see the Dr. but it is possible that she is just one of the lucky ones that doesnt have to deal with the symptoms. Or it could be the calm before the storm, major morning sickness on the way! If she hasnt had any severe cramping, or heavy bleeding, baby is probably fine!

If she was once pregnant and then lost the baby (miscarriage)she would have bled like a period. That's what happened to one of my good friends. But if symptoms just went away then she probably just got lucky that her symptoms went away..were they morning sickness and all of that? Anyway, just go see the doctor to double check, you'll never know.
