the other answerers are correct: "Life as it is." It is also the title of a book about Madrid's underworld, by Juan Antonio Zunzunegui, Spanish Novelist of the early to mid 20th century. It was written in 1954.

literal translation is "stay the existence" yet i imagine they actually mean "lengthy stay the existence" kinda like at the same time as human beings say viva mexico or some thing EDIT: to the lady correct less than me, what do you mean that's no longer spanish? do you even recognize spanish? that is spanish
