This could be time to go to the hospital. You have serious symptoms, rash, nose bleed, dizzy, trouble breathing, etc..You need to have this checked out it doesn't sound like you should wait around for more answers.

You have way too many symptoms, are you taking med's of any sorts? Nose bleeds can be from blood pressure or also from the air being really dry and/or you have very thin lining in your nose and can break easily, my boys are like this. Check the humidity in your home and use a humidifier if it's dry. Your rashes can be an allergic reaction to med's, soaps...etc... etc... Your best bet is to see a general physician due to your trouble breathing which could be related to asthma, weather, or allergies. Do you have any coughing or sneezing or any mucous?
Just go to the doctor, it might just be a simple fix!

I am not a doctor, so just use this information until you hear from one!
I usually don't wait more than two days when I feel sick.
Anyway, it could be a very bad cold, if you have a high temperature? Or even just measles.
The symptoms look like Shingles (Herpes Zoster) but it could possibly be Chicken Pox: I have found no relation with nose bleading on the internet, so really, really you should talk to your doctor.
It could eventually be an intoxication from food or medicines.

You did go to doc? Was the before the rash? I'd call them back and let them know about the rash if you haven't. It could be a bad case of the flu..except for the rash. Do you have a temperature? I'd call the doc back anyway, if any of the symptoms have gotten worse since your last visit.

I don't know how old you are but something is going on here. High blood pressure would cause the nose bleeds and dizzy. The rest I'm not sure. I think maybe a doctors visit would be in order. Don't ya think?

If you are an asthmatic and are taking Corticosteroids orally it might be side effect of that. Are you taking Aspirin or anything like that?Aspirin can cause nose bleeds.....If you are not taking any medications this might be related to your Platelets.....You need to do a blood test and make sure that you do not have problems that can prevent normal blood clotting..I suggest see a doctor.

Get yourself to the hospital...NOW. The symptoms you're describing fit best with streptococcal toxic shock syndrome. This can be a very life threatening illness.

Even if you don't have it, the symptoms you describe are very abnormal and need prompt medical attention. Go to the nearest emergency room and get help.

I am not sure what it is, but the list of symptoms that you are describing combined or even a few by themselves require a trip to the doctor or emergency room.

Hey KittyKat you sound very sick. Please be a good girl and see a physician very quickly. Some of your symptoms are (or can be) serious and there are too many of them. Fever? Sore throat? Chills? This isn't a psychosomatic disorder. I hope you are OK.
