I don't think it's mariah's song first of all, i believe she's featurin in it but i'm not sure, anyway the vibe of the video was like relaxed cabana type, i think she was even ridin in a small boat on a stream, the one scene i remember the most though is when she's singin on a little stage but there's 3 of her's singin at once, all on that one stage. Anyone know what song or video i'm talkin about? Thanks in advance!

Um... the only thing that comes to my mind is the music video for Don't Stop. It's a song on Mariah's Glitter album and features Mystikal. Here are some screen caps.

She actually doesn't ride in a boat but there are scenes that were shot from a moving boat. And 3 of her on a stage as well.
