Actually, drinking too much water can have an adverse affect on milk production. I suggest eating a balanced diet. The most important factors of milk production are stimulating your breasts by feeding often/pumping frequently. Also, getting enough rest and trying to steer clear of stress, which can decrease milk production.

My doctor told me that if you a drink a single beer at night it will increase your milk supply. The yeast in the beer creates an increase. Only drink one though! Also water really helps.

lots of dairy that will help your milk come in more . Also there is a breast milk diet that will help . You basically still need to eat for two . Here is a link to that diet to help you more .

if your milk has already came in ( which is about a week after you start breast feeding) you have to completely empty your breat of milk so your body will produce more and the more you use( or the more often you empty them) the more you*ll produce... and eat a lot of protein.. just whatever you do don*t eat chocolate!!

Yes. drink lots of water, and you have to pump or put the baby to your breast as often as possible in the beginning to stimulate "let down".
Good luck.

eat a balanced diet and drink fluids. Malunggay (horse radish) leaves and sea shells are best choices. you can also drink milk yourself. and of course the best part is let your baby suck. sucking the breast stimulates more milk production.
