mouse may be dirty..

If you re using optical mouse and use at glassy surface, white surface, the cursor will "dancing" try put in another surface.
If your mouse got a ball under it, it should require cleaning

Dirty mouse, Opti mouse on shiny surface, or, shared IRQ in the system.
