Where does a Bergen County resident go to take the Praxis exam?

I live in Bergen County, New Jersey and want to take the "Alternate Route" to teaching (I am hoping to teach young children, pre-school age to 3rd grade). I need to take the Praxis Exam, but I can't find where or when to take it or how to sign up.
