All the time. Why? Because there is a difference between my body feeling really sleepy and my mind willing to shut down for the night. That's the problem, my mind wants to kick it into high gear after only 4 hours of sleep, regardless of the screaming my body does at it. Hopefully my new Dr. will take care of that problem next month.

Yes. Sometimes I'm incredibly tired but I can't sleep even if I wanted to. I get in bed but stay awake and tired for hours. That might be caffeine related. I usually don't force myself to stay awake, I'd just rather be doing something than laying in bed getting annoyed.

Quite often. Usually, this is because I have a hard to going sleep, so I wait until I'm about to pass out instead of lying in bed tossing and turning.

Yep, thats why I asked for a bedtime story while ago, I got that but decided to get up and run around the house like a maniac once more. Isnt childhood grand? :)

A LOT OF TIMES BUT BECAUSE OF THE DEMAND OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES I IMPOSE UPON MYSELF I TEND TO STUBBORNLY REFUSE TO GO TO BED UNTIL I FINISH THE WORK PROPERLY AND SATISFACTORILY!

sure, its a symptom of modern life. Video games is one reason but sometimes I think its the same reason why I like to drive at night, peace and quiet.
