I believe if you just try out the sam e button that you turned on the computer with, that should help but then again everyone's computer is different but that should be good. If you're just trying to turn your computer off and it won't let you try CTRL+ALT+END and an end task popup should come up and you'd probably just need to end everything if it's vital to turn the computer off =] hope I helped.

If you are looking this in OS:
Goto Device Manager, switch to view by connection
expand the following
name of your PC>ACPI Uniprocessor PC>Microsoft ACPI Compliant System
Then you get that button
If you are looking for the real one:
check your PC casing

Some are located on the back of the monitor. May be flush with the back cover depending on what kind of computer you have.
