I have had about 10 dreams of my girlfriend cheating on me in about the past month. I dont really feel like she is really cheating, so where is this coming from and how can I stop them?

It may be insecurity, do you think she is too good or too pretty for you, deep down? Or have you cheated in the past and are scared that karma may be coming to bite you in the bum?

Talk to her about it more. Tell her every detail you can so she gets a better understanding. If you can remember, who's she cheating on you with? Sometimes people beleive it to be their best freind or even a sibling. Rivalry can be a strong factor in the dreams if you got her and your freind wanted her while you knew it.

Usually when people have dreams like this is because of a strong sense of insecurity. I would suggest trying to talk to her alot more, maybe spend more time with her. Even if it's not insecurity it could be guilt that you don't spend enough time with her. Try giving her some flowers or a small gift and spending time with her, if the dreams still come to you it may be stress effecting you.

If you think your life is stressful, try some meditation. Take 10 or 15 minutes before you sleep to meditate. Maybe even try drinking some herbal tea to help calm you down.

Hope this helps and I wouldn't worry about you girlfriend. If you trust her stop doubting her and ignore your dreams. Sometimes the subconcious just brings up our insecurities to make us confront them. If you want more advise I'm willing to talk to you 1 on 1. Just pm me

To dream that your mate, spouse, or significant other is cheating on you, may indicate your fears of being abandoned. You may feel a lack of attention in the relationship. Alternatively, you may feel that you are not measuring up to the expectations of others. This notion may stem from issues of trust or self-esteem. The dream could also indicate that you are unconsciously picking up hints and cues that your significant other is not being completely truthful or is not fully committed in the relationship.
Try writing them down to help get a better insight. And here's my favorite site for dreams- dreammoods.com Good luck!

It's coming from insecurity....and not necessarily insecurity about your girlfriend's fidelity. Even a general life insecurity could make you feel that maybe you're not worth staying with and hence you're having this dreams of your girlfriend cheating. Don't take them seriously. Try to relax and focus on your positives.

Are you stressed about something? A negative dream doesn't necessarily mean that what you are dreaming about is the actual problem. Try to relax yourself and (i know it sounds corny), but think about happy things while you are trying to fall asleep.

Dreams often depict your fears, they are seldom predictions. So learn from the dream to sort out what is troubling you. Don't use them to trouble yourself.

It is your fear playing out in your dreams. You have been hurt by somebody before this and you fear it will happen again. You need to trust her and let go of that insecurity before it plays out in your relationship and ruins it.

Maybe this is a hidden fear you have and your subconscious if bringing it up as a "clearing". Take it easy and good luck!
