Buy toner powder, punch hole in cart, add powder, fill hole.

Of course, this can get VERY dirty, both on your hands and possibly in your lungs. :P

Lazer-jet printer cartridges are like toners used in Xerox machines. The only difference is the in laser cartridges we also get a coloured versions. Better than refilling is to buy a new cartridge for the printer from the best companies like HP. But if like to re-fill it, you better hand it over to professionals who have been refilling for years. Only than can you expect to get the best results. For more info you can refer to websites like 'www.toner-refilling.com'.

When you buy a new toner cartridge, you will need to tear some seal of before use, and there is normally where you refill the toner powder. My suggestion is, donnot refill it by yourself, just buy a re-condition toner cartridge and send the used one to the original manufacturer for them to re-con it. Most of the manufacturer have these kind of recycle scheme and free courier service for us to send the used cartridge back to them.
