I like Benjamin Kaden the best. It sounds graceful the way the stress of the syllables falls. DUN dundun DUN dun. (I hope that makes sense, 'cause it looks really dumb typed, LOL.)
Kaden Michael is simpler. DUN dun DUN dun. Though, now that I'm thinking about it rather than responding by gut, it sounds stronger, more masculine. Go with this one if you like manly names. Benjamin sounds more sensitive, brainy. Depends on what you like. :)
Kaden Skye sounds really pretty, and would have been my vote, but (in my opinion) sounds more like a girl's name.

This is a serious answer: None of the above.
1. Too many people are naming their children Kaden.
2. Most of the Kadens are girls.
3. Benjamin is good, but Kaden as a middle name should be eliminated.

1. Kaden Skye, 2. Kaden Michael, I don't really like Benjamin Kaden, it sounds too long to me.
