If your business is a publicly held corporation you can send a report to the stock holders. They can then hold a board meeting to set in motion a vote to get rid of the SOB as long as he or his actions rather are affecting the price of the stock in a negative way.

Other than that you were looking for a job when you got this one....right?

That's a violation of labor laws. You need to speak to the labor board as well as OSHA. The inquiries about taxes should be directed to the IRS.

Better Business bureau. TELL them what happened, call them. Make sure that the employer will never EVER do that again, they may get fined or worse shut down.
