Maybe....I never lived after life to check.

Many religions say there is and many say there is not. I don't know. I guess we will never find out.

No "brain buster", really. People believe that Christ arose from the dead and yet others say that could never happen. But, IF there is no such thing as life after death, then Christ is still in the grave. And, therefore, if Christ is still in the grave, then all these words are worthless and a sheer waste of time and likewise, so is believing in such things. All faiths and religions along with those who advocate them (ie: the Pope or Mother Theresa) then become nothing but liars. If man has no forgiveness for his wickedness, all his beliefs are in vain and there is no escape from his condition. In addition, every family member and loved one who has died and gone on before us...is also forever lost to the worms. Ultimately and finally, if our belief and hopes for an afterlife are just fanciful ideas in this life...those who hold such truths close are of all men most miserable.

Ohh Yeah...sign me up to be an atheist! Misery LOVES company and hell is even now being expanded to facilitate its coming influx of misguided souls. Can't you hear the hammers and saws buzzing down there? Shhh. Listen...

As a Christian, yes i do believe there's an afterlife which we call Heaven,a place where u can go if you believe in God,a painless and peaceful place where u will only find happiness and live eternally with God.
Many may say i'm stupid and think they'd rather believe in themselves than sumthing that's so unreal.Yet,wut abt the stories in the Bible? They can't be lies. And besides,we may be able to manage our lives now but there maybe sumthing out there that is beyond our imagination, let alone control. So instead of struggling against the subject, why not cool down and accept the concept with open hearts??That way, death won't be as terrifying anymore.

Yes. There is.
Look at the world around you. Can all this be without a creator. Who is the holding the moon so it does not get lost in the space. Who keeps it from falling on the earth. The scientific reason is gravity. Yes. Who is doing this. Who created gravity. All this is not without a reason.

God has created Life, Death and the Afterlife to test us, who does good and who goes worng. What we do here we will be rewarded for in the afterlife.

No one has been there. It does not mean its not there.
Bertrand Russell says, "I dont know whether God is there or not but I dont have any strong reason to deny him".

No one has neen to future still everyone study and work hard for it. None have seen it why they believe in it.

Yes, But before all these christian fakes come and type out Brimstone, Let me tell you that it isn't like how any book can describe it. Truthfully, I have died twice. And I say truthfully because people will say in one breath "that is imposable" then say in another breath "Praise Jesus, the bast*rd is risen". Yes the crazy Cristian's can be eccentric,But let me tell you that there is no hell. There also is no heaven. Many people get lost when making the transition. You will learn that you have asked to come back to the earth, as you have asked every time you die. You just don't remember. But imagine what will happen to you when you die this time, and your spirit doesn't go into ethereal shock. You will not have to come back here. You can entertain yourself in the ethereal plane, which is much too confusing to talk about. You will thank me For this when I return to my throne.

To answer this question we may have to know what is "life". Is it a power which makes this body to function, or the sense of Ego called "I". This is a question which may not be answered out of experience. We can only put some theories out of logical thinking. All living beings have a birth and what ever is born should one day die. But the life force which dwells and make the body to act may continue for ever.

The Happiness of Heaven|
------------------------------------

When we get to heaven (if we are found worthy), what we will see and experience there will be so original, so novel, and so wonderful, that one might think that it is the supreme heresy. But it will be the supreme truth.

Heaven has an inconceivable subtlety and lightness of being that will give an inconceivable pleasure to the soul.

A friend of someone died and went to heaven. That friend appeared to that someone and that someone asked if heaven is *like* what they had discussed, or *other.* The friend replied: "totally other." St. Thomas Aquinas, the prince of theologians, near the end of his life, said that he could no longer write because compared to what he saw in visions, all he had written was straw.

Strange Islands|
------------------------

By St. John of the Cross

8. Strange islands are surrounded by water and situated across the sea, far withdrawn and cut off from communication with others. Many things very different from what we have here are born and nurtured in these islands; these things are of many strange kinds and powers never before seen by humans, and they cause surprise and wonder in anyone who sees them. Thus, because of the wonderful new things and the strange knowledge (far removed from common knowledge) that the soul sees in God, she calls him "strange islands."6

People are called strange for either of two reasons: They are withdrawn from others; or, compared with others, they are singular and superior in their deeds and works. The soul calls God "strange" for these two reasons. Not only is he all the strangeness of islands never seen before, but also his ways, counsels, and works are very strange and new and wonderful to humans.

It is no wonder that God is strange to humans who have not seen him, since he is also strange to the holy angels and to the blessed. For the angels and the blessed are incapable of seeing him fully, nor will they ever be capable of doing so. Until the day of the Last Judgment they will see so many new things in him concerning his deep judgments and his works of mercy and justice that they will forever be receiving new surprises and marveling the more. Hence not only humans but also the angels can call him "strange islands." Only to himself is he neither strange nor new.

There is no evidence of any sort to support the idea of an afterlife. This does not exclude the possibility; it does exclude sensibly taking any action with respect to a belief in such.

Nobody knows for sure. Religious people take it strictly on faith. However, I have had some very vivid dreams of deceased people I once knew as if they were trying to communicate with me and tell me that there is life on "the other side,"
