It exists because there are different sexes. It's a natural and inevitable part of life. You can't stop sexism, it's a part of the nature of human beings. What you can do is what is necessary to affect your own life and the lives of those around you.
Don't practice sexism. Try to live in ways that advocate equality and support causes that do the same. Be an example to everyone you know of a person who is not sexist, and in your corner of the world, you have abolished sexism. Good job.

Nothing, it's part of life. People need to get over it and enjoy the good in the world. Racism will always exist, so will war, terrorism,crimes, murders and such. But love, respect, joy, God etc. will also always exist.
