There are two kinds of behaviours.
1. Good Behaviour
2. Bad Behaviour
Good Behaviours are Love, Honesty, Faithfullness, Fairness etc
Bad Behaviours are Hate, Dishonesty, Cowerdness etc
Good behaviours make heart strong and
Bad behaviours make it weak.

The Question tends to solicit different interpretation either regarding health or regarding love life. For me what really makes the heart weaker is the amount of stress (Physical, emotional, Spiritua;l etc. ) that one undergoes.
Be it due to smoking, Cholesterol or otherwise it is stess which is the number one enemy of the HEART.

Love makes heart weaker.
If you love someone, you can't see them in trouble.
For example, if someone loves their family member, and the family member breaks his or her hand, the other person can't see their family members in pain and pass out.
My mother passed out, when my brother was rushed to the hospital when he broke his hand, and was bleeding like no other.
That's the philosophy.
The pumping is made weaker by the fat and calories that block arteries. The more fat and calories in the blood system, the harder the heart has to pump to get the blood through the body. (causes of heart attackes)

I don't know but certainly not love.....when you are in love you can do those things which you can't imagine of during ordinary time.
