I like Jack Johnson, Dallas Green, Damien Rice, some of Howie Day and some of Jason Mraz's stuff. My favorite acoustic bands are DMB, OAR and some others.

If you're from the states you may not have heard of this Toronto Band, but The Bedouin Soundclash are deeeefiiinnitely awesome! Aqualung and The Perishers are very mellow, easy listening. The Afters are cool, Keane is also eeexceeellleent and almost all of their recordings are live, or at least sound that way ha. hope that helped ya out. one love.
