~~ Queensland's Sunshine Coast has a beauty all its own.
And tourism is rife there.
From the Glass House Mountains in the beautifully, scenic hinterland to the perfect coastal beaches and islands off shore.
~~ There are attractions; "Underwater World" at Mooloolaba and of course Steve Irwin's "Australia Zoo" at Berwah.
There is "The Big Pineapple" at Woombye and the Ginger Factory at Buderim.
And you are not very far from all that Brisbane has to offer too.

Currimundi is a great safe swimming zone if you have kids.
The late Steve Irwins Australia Zoo is magnificent, take a picnic and plan on being there a while.
Food and people watching in Noosa is a good way to blow lunch money.
Do a hinterland drive through the mountains and lakes, check the views, the glasshouse mountains.
Rent a small boat in Caloundra and run up the passage between the mainland and Bribie Island.
Eat mangos. By the boxful.
Best place in the world, wish I was there now!

Lay on the beach
Then head down to the Gold coast for some excitment.
Then lay on the beach.
Er, that's about it.
