Has your girlfriend agreed to this? Has she done it before?
I hope this is her idea and not yours. If she agrees, and don't pressure her, use plenty of lube and if she tells you to stop, then do it straight away. This a very intimate act.
Use a condom too, then you won't have to pull out. Go carefully, it may hurt her.

The most inportant issue is that if or when you do have anal sex it is a must to keep clean before and after so pulling out shouldn't be an issue as long as your partner cleans out after with an anal douche or personal enema kit loads of places sell them for less than a tenner.

It is likely that you don't want to pull out! Use a condom and lots of lubricant. Come all you want inside the condom! If you are going to go in the front you need another condom and I would strongly suggest a good healthy cleaning. And besides, get your g/f to do the cleaning. It feels wonderful to have your lady clean your penis with a warn soft washcloth. Feels so good.

Hygiene is very important and yes, you can still get an STD. I'm sure a lot of people will say you can't get your girl pregnant...well they're wrong. There is a very thin mucous membrane separating the two holes and it is possible for it to break and have semen enter the vagina. Chances are, it is unlikely to happen, but it is a possibility.

If you are in a monogamous realtionship it is fine to *** inside her. But be sure that you do not put ur penis in her vagina after the anus. It is a bacteria breeding ground! I recommend a condom though.. helps with lubricant and you just slip it off afterwards.
