There are free server programs. However: You won't be able to take your character from the "real" WoW into your game.

Furthermore, you won't have anybody besides your LAN buddies to play with. So a lot of instances or quests are unsolveable for you, since you sometimes need up to 40 players for an instance.

So to sum it up: You can't level on your charakter for original WoW undisturbed. You are mostly alone in your LAN game. So it doesn't make much sense.

Try searching Google for WoW private server if you really desperately want it.

Maybe not a nube but ur a n00b.. you need a World of Warcraft server to conenct to. If there is a server emulator you can download to run on a local machine, so it will operate as a World of warcraft server ( I do not know if there is or not) then yeah you can. Otherwise, no.
