Sometimes, it's in an uncomfortable position. Could be rubbing against the underwear the wrong way, be on the wrong pants leg side, sticking to the sacks (if their sweaty), getting hard but being prevented from stretching, or a number of different things.

I suppose they're just uncomfortable. Perhaps they need to purchase a more supportive type of underwear. Most likely they need to show some etiquette and be a bit more discreet about readjusting their genitals.

They readjust because it gets hot in their pants and their penis sticks to their scrotum and they have to separate them. Also - some guys dont clean very well or dont shave and so get itchy.. so it isnt just that they are readjusting but also taking an opportunity to scratch.

Depends on what kind of guys you hang out with.
Pay attention to your breast adjustments, your hair adjustments, and how many hours a week you spend trying on clothes and putting on make-up. You'd be amazed.
I don't study these things; I just drive an Interstate at rush hour, taking an informal assessment of fellow drivers. For every 1 aggressive young speeding guy, I see 5 mascara, text-messaging, hair brushing babes.

The women have taken everything from us so yes, every now and then we need to reassure ourselves that it is still left in place.

We all know it's there. Sometimes it just gets pushed around so that we become more aware of it in an uncomfortable way. It's just part of having external genitals.

they're gonna tell us we're living in glass houses throwing rocks, with all the primping and adjusting we do! and that's mostly aesthetic. they do it because their stuff doesn't stay in place very well. there's kinda no where for it to "go", exactly, when they are wearing clothes, so it spends the days in kind of a nomadic state...
