does anyone know how to recover, you work when the stupid computer just turn off out of the no where?

plz help, am like crying, it was my best papers, and this **** just turn off and i lost it. is their any way i can get it back plz help asap.

Hi there ..
if u r working on microsoft word .. it should be making temp files automatically .. usially for such setuations .. so when u open word again .. it should get u your papers with alomst the latest editing u did to it ..
