There's a tie for my favorite Roseanne episode.
1st Episode:Roseanne and Dan learn that DJ is masturbating. There's a scene where DJ and Darlene are in the kitchen and she says something like "I heard DJ got caught playing with his flute in band practice."
2nd Episode: Becky farts in front of the student council. I always laugh when Darlene tells Dan and Roseanne "Becky...cut...the...cheese."

The very last one. I hated that show and was glad to see it off the air. The kid who played BJ was cute and John Goodman could be funny sometimes, but the overall experience of the show turned my stomach.
