PB is "Paperback" edition, its usually the second edition to be published. Usually all books published in Hard Cover editions first and priced accordingly. Hardcover books have a higher paper quality and usually better cover arts. After some time, publishers release the Paperback edition, which is relatively cheaper than Hardcovers. Of course, Paperback editions have a lesser paper quality than Hardcover editions.

Also some books are released in Audio CD format or if they are a part of a series, Collecter's Edition format where all books of the series are included.
